Dear Doctor,

I would like to put on record following points about your Hospital:

My wife Mrs. Radha Karunakaran was admitted in your hospital from 1st July to 9th July 2013 in connection with her operation (Id. No. 154998). I was by-stander during her hospitalisation and my observation on following areas concerning your hospital function has been “Very Good”

  • a)Cleanliness of entire hospital
    b)Cleanliness and upkeep of rooms
c)Performance and behaviour of cleaning staff
    d)Drinking water / Water supply
    e)Power supply / fittings like audio-visual
    f)Performance and behavior of staff
    g)Public Relation
    h)Reading facility (news papers, etc)

I have no hesitation in revealing that Deen Hospital is the BEST among all hospitals, as far as Punalur is concerned,

Remarks: Canteen function has to improve. The canteen charges Rs.6/- for a single Idli (weighing less than 100 gm). This is just an example.

Power saving can be improved on two areas

  • (1)Lift:- It is observed that the lift is operated by visitors (even for reaching single floor). It is suggested to restrict the use of lift only for SERIOUS PATIENTS, STAFF & SENIOR CITIZENS. (a notice can be displayed to this effect)
  • (2)Geysers: Staff visiting the rooms should ensure that the geysers are switched off when not required by the patients. Some patients always keep the apparatus switched on.

Regards
